Job Summary

This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and compliance with all necessary regulations.

  • General clerical support: files paper copies of documents, scans and electronically files documents
  • Data Entry: updates excel spreadsheets
  • Faxing, organizing supplies and office environment

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 per year, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing general clerical support, including filing and data entry
  2. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reports
  4. Performing other duties as assigned

This is a full-time position working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
