**Job Summary**

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electronic Circuit Assembler to support our DoD projects. This role requires a mission-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assemble electronic circuits using surface mount technology (SMT) and soldering techniques to install components such as ICs, resistors, transistors, capacitors, and sockets.

Perform installation, soldering, and inspection operations using microscopes and other magnifying devices to ensure high-quality results.

**Required Qualifications**

Three (3)+ years of direct experience in electronic circuit assembly and soldering.

ESD safe procedures and process-oriented approach.

Basic computer skills and English writing skills.

United States citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

**Preferred Qualifications**

J-STD-001 Solder Certification.
