Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a top-rated healthcare facility in Washington, DC. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 36-hour workweek, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to work with a variety of patients, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment, and education
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct respiratory therapy procedures, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
  • Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
