Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
Therapeutic Services
  • We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing expert care to patients with medical conditions or injuries that limit their mobility.
  • The successful candidate will diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based practices, promote independence, and enhance overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Demonstrate expertise in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Develop and implement standards of care, preferred practice patterns, and clinical procedures using evidence-based practices.
  4. Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and respect within the department and across the organization.
  5. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain professional development and certification.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of physical therapy.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin.

Work Environment:
  • This position requires occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens, sharp objects, and hazardous materials.
  • Flexible scheduling with PRN hours available, including weekday evenings but no weekends or holidays.
