Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Therapist - LCSW/LCSW-C to join our team and provide psychotherapy services at our partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity for meaningful, flexible, and autonomous work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community.

As a Senior Therapist, you will have the chance to develop your skills and advance your career by working closely with our experienced professionals and participating in mentorship and educational opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and family counseling to clients in nursing homes, assisted care, and other long-term care facilities.
  • Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, and directors of social services.
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.
