Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on processing equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on processing equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment issues and implement preventative maintenance measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including single and three-phase AC and DC systems
  • Ability to read and understand P&IDs and other technical documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting up to 40lbs
  • Working in tightly confined areas, such as inside tanks and on pipe chases
  • Occasional bending
  • Long periods of standing
  • Continuous movement around the plant
