Job Summary:The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on processing equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on processing equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment issues and implement preventative maintenance measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including single and three-phase AC and DC systems
- Ability to read and understand P&IDs and other technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Occasional lifting up to 40lbs
- Working in tightly confined areas, such as inside tanks and on pipe chases
- Occasional bending
