Job Summary

Pape' Machinery, Inc. is seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join their team in the Harney and Lake counties near Christmas Valley, OR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of agricultural equipment, including balers, combines, windrowers, and tractors, at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment with a focus on John Deere products
  • Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service
Requirements
  • Journeyman skill level in diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills
  • Driver's license with a good driving record; Class B CDL preferred
  • Ability to reside within the Christmas Valley, OR area
