Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging and effective instructional materials and activities to promote student learning and success.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support student growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and Western Technical College's mission and values.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, including one-on-one meetings and group instruction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Math, Science, or English).
- Eligibility for/or meets WTCS Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Teaching experience.
