As a caregiver advocate at Sevita, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized plans that address the specific needs of each individual.

The salary for this position is $16.40 - $20.33 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time positions are available, offering a competitive pay package, including paid time off, holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting participants with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
• Assisting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Encouraging participation in community activities and social events
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with participants, families, and colleagues
