The Caregiver/Direct Support Professional will play a vital role in supporting our participants in achieving their daily goals and aspirations. This position requires a compassionate and patient individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and support.

You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence, self-advocacy, and community involvement.

• Support participants with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation.
• Assist participants with developing and maintaining relationships with family and friends.
• Provide transportation to appointments, social events, and community activities.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.

No high school diploma required; we welcome applicants with equivalent experience or education.

Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.

A competitive hourly rate between $16.00 - $20.57 per hour, based on location and experience.
