About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Network Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing complex network architectures, leading a team of engineers, and driving innovation to deliver exceptional results.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels within a customer organization. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to shaping the future of network engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement virtual hosting environments using VMware vSphere and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) across multiple data centers.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex system communication issues at Tier-3 level.
  • Develop technical solutions to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Work with cloud environments and vendors including AWS (EC2, VPC), Azure (Resource groups), and Google (VPC networks).
  • Migrate applications to the cloud and implement load balancer technologies across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and administrators to identify and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field; or 8 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including experience with Juniper and/or Cisco firewalls.
  • Experience in high-threat mission-critical environments.
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting or automation tools.
  • Strong security knowledge, experience supporting A&A system accreditation requirements.
  • Self-starter with innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels within a customer organization.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $126,100.00 - $227,950.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
