Inbound Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Call Center team, you'll play a vital role in helping future guests fulfill their vacation dreams.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell discounted vacation packages to potential guests, utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills and positive demeanor.
- Qualify and close sales, leveraging your skills learned in training to overcome objections.
- Distribute only HGV-authorized information and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a positive and motivated demeanor when interacting with Hilton guests, co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
- Hourly plus commission environment, with top performers earning an average of $100,000+ per year.
- Paid training for 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Full-time schedule with multiple shifts available.
