Job Summary:

The BCBA will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and delivering naturalistic therapy for young children aged 2-6 years old in a center-based setting. This role requires a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis, experience in early intervention, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties
  • Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in ABA early intervention
