The Role

We're seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. As a skilled nursing professional, you'll develop and implement treatment plans, deliver high-quality care in the home health setting, and collaborate with families to achieve great patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide skilled nursing care in the home health setting, ensuring the highest level of quality and compassion
  • Collaborate with families to inform them about their loved one's health and provide coaching support
  • Utilize digital health tools to scale the impact of your time, communicate with the care team, and interact with families
  • Partner with teams across Abby to drive great patient outcomes and further our mission

Requirements:
  • Must be a registered nurse with at least 3+ years of nursing experience and licensed in the state of Colorado
  • Must reside in Colorado, preferably in the Denver area
  • At least 1 year of home health and OASIS experience
  • Must have BLS certification
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
