ROLE OF A DINING ROOM SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As a vital member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during service. Your attentiveness will help maintain guest satisfaction, ensuring that every need is met promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete assigned side work at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring cleanliness and organization in service areas throughout the day.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive and respond to their requests, communicating effectively with servers as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining the dining area by clearing and resetting tables between guest seating.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a restaurant or similar environment.
  • Positive attitude and readiness to collaborate with fellow team members.
  • Effective communication skills with managers, colleagues, and guests.
  • Flexible availability for shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting and movement required.
