About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing general ledger accounting, monthly closes, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare journal entries and analyze accounts and financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team on budgeting and forecasting to drive business growth and success.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor internal controls and financial procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial operations and analysis.
  • CPA certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
