Key Responsibilities:

1. **Maintenance Oversight:**
- Supervise and execute maintenance and repair activities for mechanical, plumbing, structural, and safety systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.

2. **Work Order Management:**
- Assess and prioritize work orders, estimating the necessary time and materials for completion while maintaining adequate inventory levels.

3. **Preventive Maintenance Implementation:**
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to prolong the lifespan of machinery and systems, ensuring optimal performance.

4. **Inspection Review:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of building systems, including fire alarms and HVAC, to verify that operations meet design specifications and environmental requirements.

5. **Regulatory Compliance:**
- Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, and company policies related to building operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Required certifications include Universal CFC certification and a valid driver's license.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must meet physical demands of the role, including the ability to lift heavy objects and perform various physical tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
