Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to ensure their comfort and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care, including medication administration and wound care
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), experience working in long-term care or acute care settings, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
