We are seeking a talented Lead Wellness Coordinator to drive revenue growth, promote our services, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and member base.
  • Model all studio activities and ensure consistent branding and culture.
  • Create strong relationships with clients to personalize their experiences.
  • Promote and educate clients on our products and services.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service.

**Requirements:**
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience required.
  • Proven sales leadership and membership based selling experience.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

**Compensation:**
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
