Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct daily inspections of mechanical spaces, tenant/public areas, roofs, and building grounds to identify potential issues.
- Respond to service calls and tenant requests for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and other facilities-related issues.
- Collaborate with the owner, owner's representative, or supervisor to communicate work performed and present status of mechanical systems.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in safety and code regulations through seminars and other educational means.
- One-year certificate from college or technical school or one to three months' related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

- Technical Skills - Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others.

The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places and outside weather conditions.
