  • Assist in plant maintenance, performing tasks such as equipment operation, repair, and maintenance.

  • Operate in a safe and professional manner, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Report any accidents or incidents promptly to the supervisor, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Conduct daily post-inspections and complete Risk assessment forms, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
  • Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently, prioritizing safety and well-being.
  • Cover vacations in different tasks when required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Be open to potential night work, adapting to changing schedules and demands.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in basic mechanical maintenance, with a strong understanding of equipment operation and repair.
  • Demonstrated good performance, safety, and attendance, with a proven track record of reliability.
  • Willingness to work and communicate effectively with supervisors, truck drivers, and fellow employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and all other company policies or government state rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Safe and professional operation of equipment, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required, adapting to changing schedules and demands.
  • Valid driver's license, with a strong understanding of road safety and regulations.
  • Pre-employment screenings are required before being employed by CRH, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.

Education/Experience:

- Training will be provided as needed, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge.

- High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
