Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, alongside experience in acute care settings.
Essential Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification
- Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities
- Competency in using healthcare technology
Desirable:
- Experience in Medical/Surgical or Emergency Nursing
- Relevant certifications or national nursing credentials
Licensure and Certifications Required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of employment
- Current Registered Nurse License in New Jersey
Work Schedule:
- Day Shift, 40 hours weekly
- Monday through Friday, with alternating weekends and holiday duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards
- Maintain a safe environment and report any safety concerns
- Oversee and delegate tasks to appropriate team members
