Samaritas is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our Unaccompanied Children Foster Care team. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in providing case management and supportive services to children in foster care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and successful transition to independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management and supportive services to children in foster care, including facilitating family reunification and sponsorship applications as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate and current information on foster children in care, adhering to program documentation practices and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings, training sessions, and court hearings as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field from an accredited college.
  • At least two years of experience in child welfare/case management, preferably working with refugee and/or immigrant populations.
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred, with additional compensation for bilingual candidates.
  • Unrestricted valid driver's license with good driving record and reliable personal transportation.
  • Vaccination requirements: Flu, Covid, TDAP, MMR, and Varicella.
