We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Everglades Equipment Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our agricultural, lawn maintenance, and construction equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on small engine equipment, including Stihl and Honda equipment, pressure washers, push mowers, riding lawn mowers, UTVs, and compact tractors.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues with modern computerized systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, including writing reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient equipment operation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in equipment maintenance and repair.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong mechanical knowledge, preferably with experience working on z-tracks to 2 Stroke equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of humor.
  • Basic data entry and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
