Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Power Generation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in power plant operation, water treatment, and electrical generation. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to operate and maintain our Co-Gen system, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, adjusting, and operating water treatment equipment, maintaining proper water chemistry, operating river pumps, completing ETP rounds, compressor rounds, and other outside rounds as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent safety performance and attendance records. A High School diploma or GED equivalency is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Relevant work experience in electrical Co-generation, Boiler House, Water Treatment processes is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
