- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of Acute care experience, or demonstrated experience involving customer service in healthcare or other related industry and completion of an acute care NAC course.
- 1 year of Skilled nursing experience, or currently enrolled and in good standing at a traditional registered nursing program approved by the Nursing Quality Care Commission.
