Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and innovation in the operating room. As Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing anesthesia services, developing strategic plans to enhance OR productivity, and fostering a culture of excellence within the surgery department.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be expected to provide general anesthesia coverage, lead a team of experienced CRNAs, and contribute to the overall success of the hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of high-quality CRNAs in providing anesthesia services
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize OR efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure seamless integration of anesthesia services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary: $570,000 annually
  • Medical Director stipend: $48,000 paid monthly
  • Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (restrictions apply)

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
