Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly close process, including preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, variance explanation and other analysis
  • Oversee daily clinic cash reconciliations
  • Assist with tax return preparation
  • Build, distribute and update various key financial metrics
  • Complete special projects within reasonable time frames as requested by management
  • Organize and perform work effectively and efficiently
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Current or pursuing a bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting)
  • Strong attention to detail for identifying errors in calculations and reports
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills; must be a team player
  • Professional demeanor and confidentiality as the position has access to sensitive information
  • Ability to perform statistical data analysis and analytical review
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a high level of Excel proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply to real business cases
