Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a non-CDL 26' Straight truck to transport products from our warehouse/shipping yard to jobsites.
  • Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
  • Unload shipments at jobsites.
  • Operate powered industrial forklifts to transport inventory, unload incoming stock, and load and unload orders.
  • Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
  • Present bills and receipts for goods delivered.
  • Turn in receipts received from deliveries.
  • Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with regulations.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of verifiable driving experience.
  • Clean driving record.
