Key Responsibilities
  • Construction and Maintenance: Perform construction, maintenance, and repair tasks as needed, including mixing and pouring construction materials, operating equipment and heavy machinery, and following instructions from project managers and supervisors.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by digging trenches, backfilling holes, and removing hazardous materials and debris.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites, including drills, hammers, and other tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with craft workers, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention-to-detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 10-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, on call, overtime, and weekends as needed.
