Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a Hospital setting.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced Hospital environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Active CA Hospital license
  • 2+ years of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
