Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension. You will work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, and have the opportunity to earn a tax-free stipend. Our team is committed to providing excellent care and support to our patients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families, including assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient care.
  • Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner.
  • 12 years minimum acute care experience.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
