Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Manager to lead our imaging services team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our radiology department, developing and implementing plans for patient care services, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services for multiple departments.
  • Assess and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
  • Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as Joint Commission, ACR, JRCERT, ICAVL, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain established productivity standards and supply expense metrics.
  • Accountable for monthly reporting of departmental variances, budget, FTE, and expense variances with associated action plans.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
  • One or more of the following certifications: Cardiographic Tech, Radiologic Technologist, or Medical Sonographer.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
