Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Engineering Intern, your duties will include:
- Gathering, reviewing, and managing project documentation, including Submittals and RFIs, ensuring timely dissemination.
- Drafting meeting notes, memos, and communications for various stakeholders.
- Coordinating and supervising the bid package process to ensure thorough quote coverage.
- Assisting in the preparation, distribution, and monitoring of project billings (draws) until completion.
- Maintaining precise project files, including logs for change orders, permits, submittals, RFIs, etc.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to develop, monitor, and update project timelines.
- Managing project close-out documents, including Operation and Maintenance manuals.
- Promoting a culture of safety by developing and communicating project safety programs and participating in inspections.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, which may require overnight stays.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or possessing equivalent industry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as Primavera, SureTrak, MS Project, Timberline, and CMiC is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Strong skills in writing, editing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar.
