Job Title: Registered Nurse II

Job Summary:

The County of Los Angeles is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse II to join our team. As a Registered Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care and services to patients in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and specialized nursing care to patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient responses to interventions and treatments
  • Recognize and respond to changes in patient status
  • Coordinate delivery of patient care with other services and disciplines
  • Provide patient education and counseling
  • Document patient information and progress

Requirements:

  • Three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse providing professional nursing care and services to patients in a variety of settings
  • A license to practice as a Registered Nurse issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program certification issued by the American Heart Association
