  • Conduct EHS Audits and Inspections

    • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deficiencies.
  • Manage EHS Training and Development
    • Develop and implement EHS training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of EHS policies and procedures.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their EHS knowledge and skills.
  • Manage EHS Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure that all EHS compliance and reporting requirements are met.
    • Develop and implement procedures for reporting and investigating EHS incidents.
  • Lead EHS Projects and Initiatives
    • Develop and implement EHS projects and initiatives to improve EHS performance.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
    • Collaborate with employees, management, and external stakeholders to ensure EHS compliance and performance.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Travel Requirements
    • Occasional domestic US travel may be required.
  • Work Environment
    • Work will be performed in a typical office, warehouse, and manufacturing plant environment.
