The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for new patients. This position involves thorough assessments conducted by the orthodontic team.

The coordinator will engage with patients to address inquiries regarding treatment options and associated costs.

It is essential that patients leave with a comprehensive understanding of their treatment possibilities and any alternative financial arrangements discussed.


Compensation:
$16.00-$20.43/hr (Based on experience) with opportunities for monthly performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

- Managing new patient appointments to ensure a productive daily exam schedule
- Conducting confirmation calls to remind patients to complete necessary paperwork for timely visits
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families
- Discussing treatment plans with patients and their guardians
- Documenting diagnostic findings and detailed treatment recommendations from consultations
- Explaining office policies and procedures clearly
- Scheduling contracts, records, and follow-up appointments in the Practice Management System
- Maintaining and utilizing a recall system effectively
- Monitoring treatment plans and encouraging case acceptance

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a dental front office setting
- Preferred experience in orthodontic treatment planning
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
