Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing vehicles for both clients and the dealership, all while fostering positive relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and diagnose automotive issues
  • Collaborate with the shop foreman or service advisor regarding repairs
  • Communicate additional service needs to the service advisor
  • Coordinate work procedures with the shop foreman
  • Provide labor time estimates to the service advisor
  • Track repair time and keep the service advisor updated
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies on vehicle maintenance and operation
  • Document repairs and services performed for clients
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians
  • Participate in company and manufacturer training sessions
  • Stay informed on factory technical bulletins
