Job Title: Provider Relations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Provider Relations Manager to join our team at Hospice of the Western Reserve. As a key member of our marketing and outreach team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to grow census, increase length of stay, and enhance the quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Vice-President of Marketing and Provider Relations to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with professional referring sources, including physicians, hospitals, and managed care organizations.
  • Evaluate and monitor referrals, admissions, and length of stay data to inform marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Represent the agency at community and professional meetings, and serve as a liaison to groups and organizations.
  • Participate in quality assurance and utilization review processes to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, or equivalent experience in marketing and sales management.
  • Considerable knowledge of marketing and community relations, with experience in developing and executing marketing programs and activities.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct marketing and outreach efforts, and to represent the agency effectively in the community and on a state and national level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
