Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and evaluate vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, along with estimated repair times.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required
  • Proficient in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
  • Strong Dexterity and Hand-Eye Coordination
  • Mechanical and Troubleshooting Skills; Ability to Operate Diagnostic Equipment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and Basic Computer Proficiency
  • Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
  • Ability to Thrive in a Dynamic Work Environment
  • Team Player with Strong Collaboration Skills
  • Willingness to Learn New Technologies and Procedures
  • Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
