Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Bamboo Rose and Manhattan platforms to support business operations.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of Bamboo Rose and Manhattan environments.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches to Bamboo Rose and Manhattan systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of Bamboo Rose and Manhattan modules to meet business needs.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures for both systems.
  • Implement best practices in system administration, including backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Support user access controls, system audits, and compliance with IT security standards.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, manage incidents, and provide timely resolution to minimize system downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, with a strong focus on Bamboo Rose and Manhattan platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain management systems, product lifecycle management, and sourcing systems.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for system management (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Experience with network infrastructure, security protocols, and IT operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred)
  • Certifications in Bamboo Rose and/or Manhattan.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or relevant certifications in system administration.
