Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services for school-age students in a dynamic school setting near Jurupa Valley, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy needs
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of occupational therapy experience
  • Active or pending state OT license
  • OT DOE certification
  • Previous school/IEP experience preferred, but not required
