Loma Linda Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a COTA/L, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Implement and execute established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team.
- Provide timely and accurate written documentation per facility and department requirements.
- Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through ongoing education and professional association.
- Support and participate in department operations and development.
- Report any changes in patient status or needs to supervising therapist on a timely basis.
- Prepare and submit patient charges accurately to access appropriate billing information.
- Coordinate treatment goals with other team members.
Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) certified school.
We offer a competitive salary of $38+/hour and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
