Compensation: Competitive, based on experience, up to $22 per hour.

We are seeking a Wellness Coordinator to enhance our community. The Wellness Coordinator will evaluate, monitor, and create personalized fitness programs tailored for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive fitness evaluations, including vital sign assessments.
  • Designing suitable exercise regimens that encompass flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular activities.
  • Instructing and assessing residents on proper exercise methodologies.
  • Facilitating the coordination and execution of Wellness initiatives.
  • Ensuring a clean and secure fitness environment for all members.
  • Fostering strong relationships with residents and staff, motivating them to maintain an active lifestyle.

Qualifications Required:
