Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Care: Administer medications, observe patients for adverse reactions, and perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services as needed.
  • Assess Patient Needs: Contribute to the assessment of patients and ensure their well-being, providing education and support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
