Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently for our clients.
- Continuously enhance skills as an automotive technician across a diverse range of vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to address client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Adhere to and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Engage with the service department to communicate client issues effectively.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to resolve challenges, meet objectives, and deliver outstanding results.
Qualifications:
- Exhibit a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Master L1 Technician or A-level Technician status preferred.
- ASE Certifications are preferred or a plan to obtain them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed productivity goals of 40+ hours.
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Aim for long-term career growth.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds, work with tools on elevated vehicles, navigate tight spaces as required, possess the dexterity to use hand tools effectively, stand or walk for most of the workday, and operate manual transmission vehicles. Proficiency in using a computer is also necessary.
