We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Yale-New Haven Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support.

About the Role

In this role, you will assist with patient care, including transporting patients, providing observation services, and performing general clerical tasks. You will also be responsible for documenting services and supporting the nursing team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of licensed personnel
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently
  • Document services and maintain accurate records
  • Support the nursing team with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Current RI Nursing Assistant License and Basic Life Support certification necessary

Compensation

This position comes with a salary range of $38,000 - $48,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
