We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Leader- BCBA to join our team. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality ABA services, leading a team of therapists, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of therapists in providing ABA services to individuals with autism
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
