Will discuss schedule during interview.) Job Location: 583 NY-32, Highland Mills, NY (outpatient clinic) Salary: $110,000.00 + qualification for this salary is 2 years of experience as a licensed clinician. Qualifications: Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York.3 Years Experience in outpatient orthopedics with prior management experience preferred but will train the right candidate.Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.Desire to be a part of a Team that emphasizes a service-based culture of excellence and life-long learning.Truly enjoys the work of helping others, in an environment that is fun and rewarding. Education:Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of New York. #accessptw#CH300 Responsibilities: Clinic Management from Front Office to Clinical OperationsMonitoring and Management of KPIs or OKRsStrategic Plan Implementation for Clinical Growth, Hiring, and RetentionReviewing patient medical historyDiagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concernsDeveloping individualized treatment plans for patients Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the planUsing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed Educating patients and family members about the recovery process associated with physical therapy
