You will guarantee adherence to all applicable federal and state laws, support employees with inquiries related to benefits, and collaborate with service providers to deliver attractive benefit packages. This position demands robust analytical capabilities to assess and propose improvements to benefits offerings, along with meticulous attention to detail in maintaining precise records.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment processes, modifications, and terminations.
  • Offer assistance on benefits-related matters, ensuring employee contentment.
  • Work in partnership with vendors and brokers to oversee benefit plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and facilitate open enrollment sessions.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of benefits regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Additional Information:
  • Onsite position.
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity.
  • Competitive compensation ranging from $55,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience.
